Returns Policy

ATPOS products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Our products are crafted with state-of-the-art engineering and premium materials to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  1. Be in new, saleable condition.
  2. Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  4. Be purchased directly from the ATPOS Printer Website.*

Note: This policy applies only to defective, dead-on-arrival, or damaged products. For software or user incompatibility issues and accidental purchases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

For purchases from authorized dealers or resellers, please contact the respective center directly.

Additional Information

If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, a restocking fee may apply, or a store credit may be issued instead.

For returns within India, free pre-paid return shipping is available.


Warranty Policy

The warranty period for ATPOS products is 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. During this period, if the product malfunctions, it will be replaced in accordance with ATPOS’s warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for the warranty program:

  1. You must be the original purchaser of the product, either from ATPOS or an authorized dealer.
  2. The product must have been properly maintained and not abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired.
  3. The issue must be reported to ATPOS within 10 days of discovery.
  4. Warranty work must be performed by ATPOS.

All returned products must:

  • Be shipped to the designated ATPOS address.
  • Include a dated proof of purchase.
  • Reverse pickup (if applicable) is available only in major metro cities, and the buyer must bear reverse shipping charges.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void if the product:

  • Has been repaired, serviced, or altered by unauthorized parties.
  • Suffers damage due to accidents, abuse, improper installation, fire, flood, or external factors.
  • Is damaged by user-replaceable parts (e.g., leaking batteries).
